Valerian Pharbenia

Product based on dry extract of Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), standardized in active components. The dry extract is obtained from the roots.
It is traditionally used for its calming properties. It gives no sensation of sleepiness and can be taken during the daytime without causing problems.

Composition
Each capsule contains: dry extract 58% (250 mg); titre 0,42% minimum in valerianic acid (1,05 mg/cps).

Dosage
For maximum effectiveness: 2 capsules a day to be taken in two administrations (on waking and 30 minutes before retiring).
